  1. Navigate to Bookshelf from your sidebar to browse NCF-aligned curriculum textbooks.
  2. Click any book to launch the high-definition reader with 2-page spread and single-page zoom.
  3. Use the toolbar to activate Pen Annotation, Text Highlighting, and Sticky Notes directly on pages.
  4. Click Live Sync during a lecture so student screens automatically follow the page you flip to.
  5. Save Session Notes attached to the chapter for students to download later.

Creating & Grading Assignments

  1. Click Assignments in your teacher dashboard.
  2. Click + Create New Assignment, specify the Class, Subject, Title, Description, and Due Date.
  3. Attach optional reference PDF worksheets or chapter page numbers.
  4. When students submit, click View Submissions to review their uploaded work or text solutions.
  5. Assign grades (Marks / Grade letter) and provide constructive feedback with 1-click submission.

  1. Open Quiz Builder from the management menu.
  2. Create a quiz linked to a specific class, subject, and chapter.

  5. Publish the quiz to make it immediately available on student dashboards and in the Practice Arena.

Live Video Classes via Google Meet

  1. Go to Schedule tab in your Teacher Portal.
  2. Click + Schedule Class Session, select the target Class, Subject, Day, and Time.
  3. Enter your Google Meet link (or click generate with Google SSO integration).
  4. Enrolled students will see a live countdown and a prominent Join Class button 10 minutes prior to class.
  5. Attendance is automatically logged as students enter the session.

  1. Go to Tuition Ledger tab to view monthly payment statuses of all enrolled students.

  4. Click Verify & Mark Paid to instantly issue an official receipt to the student/parent.

🔐 How do I reset my password or log in with Google?
You can log in instantly using Sign in with Google (1-Click SSO) if your Google account email matches your registered school email. If you prefer password login and forgot your credentials, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a secure 6-digit OTP verification code on your email.
📹 Google Meet camera/mic permissions or class link issues
When joining a live class for the first time, your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) will display a prompt asking for camera and microphone permissions. Ensure you click Allow. If the live link does not open, refresh the dashboard or ensure you are signed into your browser with your active Google account.
📚 How do digital textbook annotations and offline notes work?
All pen drawings, highlights, bookmarks, and sticky notes are stored securely on the cloud and tied to your account. When you flip pages or reopen the book on another computer, your notes will load automatically. Make sure your internet connection is active when saving session notes.
💳 My UPI payment is showing "Pending Verification". What should I do?
When you submit a payment with a 12-digit UPI UTR transaction reference number, the school administrator or teacher verifies the credit in their bank ledger. Most payments are verified within a few hours. Once verified, your status turns green to "Paid" and your official receipt becomes available for download.
👨‍👩‍👧 Can parents monitor more than one child on the same account?
Yes! You can link all your children to your single parent account by going to Add Child. Once linked, a dropdown switcher appears on your parent dashboard allowing you to switch between siblings with a single click.
📱 Can I use CK Edu Center on mobile phones, tablets, and Chromebooks?
Yes! CK Edu Center is fully responsive and Progressive Web App (PWA) compatible. You can open it smoothly on Android smartphones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, Chromebooks, and PCs. You can even tap Add to Home Screen on your mobile browser to install it as an app.
